How Rines Global Intermediation collects, uses and protects personal data on this website.
Rines Global Intermediation operates this website. Contact details for privacy matters are those published on the Contact page. This policy applies to the website and to the enquiries sent through it; it does not cover the third-party sites we link to.
When you use the contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number if you provide it, the service you are interested in and your message.
When you write to us on WhatsApp, by email or by telephone, we process the contact details and the content you provide through that channel.
The website does not require an account and does not collect payment information. Any client payment link leads to a separate provider with its own privacy terms.
We use your data to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, where an engagement follows, to deliver the services you request. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or the steps taken at your request before entering into one, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.
Enquiries from the contact form are transmitted by an email delivery provider acting on our instructions and delivered to our inbox. Messages sent on WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp under its own terms.
Where a service requires it, we may share the information strictly necessary with partners or counterparts you have asked us to contact, and always with your knowledge.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards recognised by European data protection law.
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and, where a client relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship and the period required by Italian tax and civil law. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within a reasonable time.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and request a copy of the data you have provided in a portable format.
You may exercise these rights by contacting us through the channels on the Contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with providers that apply industry-standard security measures. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
We may update this policy as the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
